General Summary

The LPN plays a vital role in ensuring quality care, monitoring residents’ conditions, and assisting with medical treatments in a compassionate and effective manner.

Qualifications
Education/Skills Required:
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare team members.
- Meets requirements of physical and pre-placement screening.
- As applicable, the individual will have training and competency in attending to the special needs and/or behaviors specific to the age of the residents for which care is being provided.
